The annual output of Liyang Semiconductor Industrial Park was 5 inches, 6 inches and 8 inches, totaling 1.8 million wafers, and 6 billion finished products were sealed. The main products were silicon controlled, SGT MOSFET, Super Junction MOSFET, IGBT, third generation semiconductor silicon carbide diodes and silicon carbide MOSFET. Volume devices.
